These terms govern your use of prodigii.com, the marketing website of Prodigii AI, LLC ("Prodigii"). Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Informational pages describing the Prodigii Platform, the company, and its published thinking, plus a contact form. It is a description of a product, not the product. Access to the Prodigii platform is granted only under a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site grants it.

What this site is not

• Not an offer of securities. Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and no offering terms are published on this site. Any securities offering would be made only to qualified investors through definitive materials delivered directly. See thedisclaimer.
• Not professional advice. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, accounting, security, or engineering advice, and no reader should act on it without advice specific to their circumstances.
• Not a contract for services. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It creates no obligation on either side, and it does not oblige Prodigii to reply, to supply materials, or to enter into any agreement.
• Not a performance guarantee. Platform characteristics described on this site come from Prodigii's own architecture and design documentation. They are not independently benchmarked results and they are not a promise of what any particular deployment will achieve.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, logos, and software on this site belong to Prodigii or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Prodigii AI™ and Prodigii Cybernetics™ are trademarks of Prodigii AI, LLC. Other names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied by their mention.

You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to these pages. You may not republish substantial portions, present the content as your own, or use Prodigii's names or marks in a way suggesting a relationship that does not exist.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, malicious content, or another person's information without their permission.
• Do not submit automated traffic that degrades the site for others. Automated submissions are discarded.
• Do not misrepresent who you are when contacting Prodigii.

What you send us

Prodigii asks that you not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form; a form submission is not a secure channel for it, and a confidential conversation is arranged separately. Anything you do send, Prodigii may use to respond to your enquiry and to evaluate a possible working relationship. Prodigii claims no ownership of what you send. How that information is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Some pages, particularly under Insights, link to published research and other third-party material. Those sites are not under Prodigii's control and linking to them is neither an endorsement of them nor responsibility for them.

Availability

The site is provided as-is and as-available. Prodigii does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current, and may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodigii is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the revised terms.
