Financial Risk Management
Risk understood, predicted, and acted on in one governed cycle.
A stated use case for the Prodigii Platform, awaiting a lighthouse deployment.
The decision problem
Risk analytics produce insight. Exposure requires action.
Risk functions are well supplied with measurement. What separates measurement from a change in exposure is a human decision cycle — a report, an escalation, a committee, an instruction to a trading or treasury system. Positions move faster than that chain resolves.
The bottleneck is no longer intelligence. It is the ability to align, govern, and orchestrate human and computational intelligence at the speed the enterprise now moves.
- Analytics and dashboards describe exposure without changing it.
- Limits and mandates are enforced by review rather than at the moment of execution.
- Cross-system exposure is assembled by people, from systems that do not share a model of the enterprise.
What the platform changes
Prediction, governance, and execution in one loop.
The Prodigii Platform runs a single continuous cycle: it holds a current understanding of what is happening, predicts what is likely to happen next, prioritizes competing objectives and risks, checks each decision against policy, coordinates the action, and adapts as conditions change.
Its engine is the Large Behavioral Model (LBM), built to predict the future states of systems rather than to generate language. Founded on Active Inference, an LBM evaluates alternatives and identifies the action most likely to achieve a desired outcome. Every action it proposes passes the governance gate before it executes.
- A live model of the business holds a continuously updated representation of enterprise entities, systems, processes, and operating environments.
- Reproducible and auditable: every belief update is recorded, so a decision can be reconstructed afterwards from state, evidence, and policy.
- Planning in the millisecond-to-second range for decision problems of this shape, and no per-request token costs, because an LBM does not use tokens.
Where this stands
A wedge domain, not a shipped product.
Prodigii has built one product on the platform to date: a cybersecurity system, built in six weeks. Financial risk management is a use case the architecture supports and that no customer deployment has yet validated.
Series A-1 funds three to six lighthouse deployments across corporate domains. This is one of the domains those deployments are intended to validate.
