As markets, risks, and opportunities move at machine speed, the bottleneck is no longer intelligence. It is the ability to align, govern, and orchestrate human and computational intelligence at the speed and scale the modern enterprise requires.
Prodigii builds the layer that closes that gap. Its engine is the Large Behavioral Model — where a language model predicts the next token, an LBM predicts the next state of a system and selects the action most likely to reach the outcome the business has set. The core reasoning technology is licensed; what Prodigii built around it is the governance layer, the enterprise integration, and the applications. The Prodigii Platform puts that engine to work running an enterprise, in three parts: a live model of the business, kept current as conditions change; a governance gate that checks every proposed action against authority, business rules, safety constraints, and compliance requirements before it executes; and a coordination layer that aligns objectives and actions across people, existing systems, and AI agents.
The platform operates above existing systems, applications, workflows, AI models, and operational technology, so it deploys incrementally rather than by replacement.

Prodigii reviewed the licensed core technology line by line over three months, then built Prodigii Cybernetics™ — a cybersecurity product — on the platform in six weeks. That is the company’s own account of its own work, and it is the flagship proof point: evidence that the same architecture carries into any other corporate domain, and that a governed control layer can be stood up in a high-consequence environment on a six-week timescale.

The LBM is built on Active Inference — a published, peer-reviewed research program with a literature an investor or an engineer can read without asking anyone's permission. Dr. Karl Friston, whose work established the free energy principle and Active Inference as a formal account of how systems model and act on their world, advises Prodigii on the scientific foundations of Active Inference. Dr. Anand Jayaraman advises alongside him. The published work is theirs; Prodigii's implementation is its own, and the literature is not an endorsement of it.
This matters because it is checkable. The claim that behavioral prediction is a different job from language prediction rests on a body of work in the public record, not on an internal white paper.
