Privacy Policy
This policy describes what happens to information onprodigii.com. It is written to match how the site is actually built rather than to cover every practice a website might have. Where this site does not do something, it says so.
Who is responsible
Prodigii AI, LLC, Cleveland, Ohio 44108, US. Questions about this policy or about information held about you go tocontact@prodigii.comor +1 216-509-6885.
What this site is
Every page here is a static page served from a content delivery network. There is one interactive feature: the contact form on /contactand the request-materials form on /investors, which submit to the same endpoint.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies of its own.
- It runs no third-party analytics, tag manager, or session-recording script.
- It carries no advertising and no advertising or retargeting pixels.
- It loads no fonts, scripts, or stylesheets from a third-party CDN. Typefaces are served from this site's own domain, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to a font provider.
- It embeds no third-party video, map, chat widget, or social plug-in.
- It does not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising.
- It does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.
What the forms collect
Only the fields you fill in: your name, work email address, company, role, the topic you select, and your message. Company and role are optional. The form also carries a hidden field that a person never sees or fills in; a submission with anything in it is treated as automated and discarded.
This information is used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. It is not added to a marketing list unless you ask for that separately, and it is not used for any purpose other than the one you contacted us about.
What the host records
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare records ordinary request data — the IP address a request came from, the time, the page requested, the referring page if any, and the browser's user-agent string — in operational logs used to serve traffic, diagnose faults, and defend against abuse. Prodigii does not use those logs to identify or profile visitors. Cloudflare's own handling of that data is governed by Cloudflare's privacy documentation.
Who else sees the information
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and delivery of this site, and the Worker that receives form submissions.
- Mailgun — processes form submissions to deliver email notifications to the Prodigii contact mailbox.
- Nobody else. Information from this site is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics vendors. It may be disclosed where the law requires it.
Where information is held
On servers in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, the information you send is transferred there.
How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to, and then deleted. Host logs are retained on the host's own schedule.
Your choices
Write to contact@prodigii.comto ask for a copy of what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion is honored unless a law requires the record to be kept. You will be asked to confirm the request from the address it concerns, so that a request cannot be made in someone else's name.
Because this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is nothing here to opt out of and no consent banner to dismiss. Your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are moot on these pages for the same reason.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If the site's behavior changes — analytics added, a widget embedded, a cookie set — this page is updated in the same change, and the date at the top moves. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
