The platform
The platform that turns intelligence into governed action.
Intelligence is abundant. What is scarce is the ability to align, govern, and coordinate it at the speed the modern enterprise requires. The Prodigii Platform closes that gap: a live model of the business, a governance gate in front of every action, and coordination across people and systems — all of it reasoning on one engine, the Large Behavioral Model.
What the platform is
Three parts, and one engine beneath them.
Traditional systems store information, generate insights, or automate workflows somebody wrote down in advance. The Prodigii Platform does something else: it turns information, intelligence, and organizational intent into coordinated action, and it does so continuously. Three parts carry that work.
The engine is not a language model
A Large Language Model predicts the next token. A Large Behavioral Model predicts the next state of a system and selects the action most likely to reach the outcome the business has set. It is a different job, and it takes a different machine — token-free, small enough to run at the edge, auditable update by update, and corrected by observation rather than by a retraining cycle. Everything the platform does above it follows from that.
Where it sits
Above the stack, not inside it.
The platform operates above existing systems, applications, workflows, AI models, and operational technologies. Nothing has to be torn out for it to start working. Capabilities are deployed incrementally, against the estate already running, which is what reduces implementation complexity, shortens deployment cycles, and brings measurable business outcomes forward.
No replacement program
The platform reads state from the systems below it and returns governed action to them. Those systems keep their own roles, owners, and lifecycles.
Model and system agnostic
Compatible with human users, AI agents, large language models, enterprise applications, operational technologies, APIs, and connected devices.
Your environment, your authority
Cloud, private cloud, hybrid, edge, or on-premises. Deployment environment, governance policies, data access, and execution authority stay with the organization.
Enterprise architecture characteristics
What the architecture gives the business.
These properties are not optimizations layered onto a conventional AI system. They follow from the design of the platform itself. They are Prodigii’s own characterizations of its own architecture and its own lab deployment, not independently benchmarked results.
Governance by design
Policy enforcement, authority management, compliance controls, explainability, and auditability are integrated into the decision and execution process, not bolted on after it.
Reproducible and auditable
Reasoning is Bayesian and reproducible: the same inputs and model state produce the same result, and every belief update is recorded. The governance gate in front of execution is deterministic — an action that violates an encoded policy is rejected every time, and the rule that stopped it is on the record.
Edge-to-cloud deployment
Deployable across cloud, private cloud, hybrid, edge, and on-premises environments. In Prodigii’s own lab the inference engine runs on a single mini PC alongside other workloads, ingesting a rolling 200 GB network feed.
Model and system agnostic
Compatible with human users, AI agents, large language models, enterprise applications, operational technologies, APIs, and connected devices.
Continuous adaptive learning
Learns from new observations without requiring initial or continuous large-scale retraining cycles. There is no retraining run to pay for; the modelling work moves up front, into building the model of the domain with the customer’s own experts.
Rapid time-to-value
Because the platform operates above what is already deployed, capabilities go in incrementally. That reduces implementation complexity, shortens deployment cycles, and brings measurable outcomes forward.
Data sovereignty and control
Organizations retain control over the deployment environment, governance policies, data access, and execution authority, for operation in regulated, security-sensitive, and mission-critical environments.
Outcome-aligned economics
Commercial models that align Prodigii’s success with customer outcomes rather than computational consumption.
Commercial model
Pricing indexed to outcomes.
The architecture makes a different commercial shape possible, so Prodigii uses it. A reasonable base licensing fee covers the platform. Beyond that, pricing adjusts to the results actually achieved, rather than to computational consumption. That keeps Prodigii’s success aligned with the customer’s, and keeps the conversation on outcomes instead of usage metrics.
