Adaptive Supply Chain Optimization

Supply chains that replan as conditions change.

A stated use case for the Prodigii Platform, awaiting a lighthouse deployment.

The decision problem

The plan is made on a cycle. The disruption is not.

Supply chain planning produces a schedule, and the schedule is correct until something moves — a supplier, a route, a demand signal, a port. Replanning is expensive in human time, so it happens on a cadence rather than on an event, and the network runs on a model of itself that is out of date between cycles.

Optimization tools improve the plan. They do not close the loop between what is happening now, what is likely to happen next, and what the organization is permitted to do about it.

  • Inventory and logistics decisions are coupled across systems that hold separate models of the network.
  • The replanning interval, not the disruption, sets how fast the organization can respond.
  • Standalone AI tools deliver task-level efficiency without organizational effectiveness.

What the platform changes

One continuous cycle across the network.

The Prodigii Platform runs one continuous cycle: understand, predict, align, govern, act, adapt. A live model of the business holds the current state of the network. The Large Behavioral Model (LBM) underneath it predicts future states and evaluates alternatives under uncertainty, in the millisecond-to-second range for decision problems of this shape.

The coordination layer aligns objectives, beliefs, and actions across networks of human and machine actors, which is what makes distributed alignment possible without a centralized decision bottleneck — the shape a supply network already has.

  • Alignment across suppliers, sites, and systems without routing every decision through one desk.
  • Governance evaluated before execution, so commercial and compliance constraints hold at machine speed.
  • Incremental deployment above the planning and execution systems already in place.

Where this stands

A wedge domain, not a shipped product.

Prodigii has built one product on the platform to date: a cybersecurity system, built in six weeks. Adaptive supply chain optimization is a use case the architecture supports and that no customer deployment has yet validated.

Series A-1 funds three to six lighthouse deployments across corporate domains. This is one of the domains those deployments are intended to validate.
